Visa Request - Gala/Screening

Will you be traveling from a non-European country to be part of one of the Ardélion Live Screenings and/or the Ardélion Awards Gala? We understand that attending one or multiple of our events may require you to obtain a visa to travel to Europe. To assist you in this process, we are pleased to provide you with a letter of invitation.

How to request a Visa Invitation Letter:

1. Please complete the form below with accurate information.

2. Once you have filled out the form, click the submit button.

3. Upon receiving your request, we will process it and send you an official letter of invitation via email within 5 days.

Important Information:​

• Please note that the issuance of a visa is at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate. Ardélion cannot guarantee that your visa application will be approved.

• It is recommended that you begin the visa application process well in advance of the Ardélion Awards Gala to allow sufficient time for processing.
